Anyone know a rough estimate of how much it would cost me to have a civic coupe totally repainted? Plus...if you are changing a car from red to say a silver color....do they automatically do the engine bay or do you need to do something special to get that painted also?????

2500-3500 for a REAL paint job and nice paint with all the dents and dings taken out. and you engine bay will be more, if you engine is in the car

recomendations-
keep it red just make it a different shade like audiTT red or porch red !!

and it should take about 2weeks to a month for a good paint job!!
