I was replacing my throttle cable and it seems like the plastic piece that goes through the firewall is not sitting flush against it. It also seems loose. I know you push it in and turn it to lock it in place but it doesnt seem right. Any one else have this problem?

 

yeah make sure you put the rubber groment back in
