I'm wondering if 205/60/14 on stock 91 CRX si rims would look to fat because the width...I've up-sized two of the rims w/195/60/14s and they look alot better then the OEM 185/60/14s...funny I'm asking this too cuz I work at Tires Plus...but hey, feedback from anyone is always welcomed...oh yea, my car's dropped 1.7 in the front & 1.5 in the back...

 

i had 205/60/14 on stock wheels (came like that when i bought the car). the tyres were very wide and balooned. i would not reccommend that as the traction improved by wider patch is negated by the fact that you are running the width suggested for 6.5-7" wheel on 5. that created too much sidewall flexing which inturn will result in loss of traction in a lateral load (read very fast turning). besides they look like you are ready fo off-road and they might rub, as they did on my car with 2-2.5" lowering. you will also experience wrong speed-O-meter reading :D
get some 15" and 195/50 tyres or 16" and 215/40 tyres, that will keep you in the same diameter and give you improved patch, or stick with stock and get some stickies, i.e. azenis, or T1-S

195/60/14 and 205/60/14 are not the right ratio for your car since it comes stock with 185/60/14.

if you wanted to keep your 14" wheels, you will only be able to stuff a 195mm wide tire on there (if that). and for that you should use 195/55/14.
