Failed Smog HC (PPM)

I failed the 15 mph test. What can I do to pass? The car is a 97 integra LS 5spd with no mods to it. Also he said my CO where a little high.

maybe check your timing, is your distributor at the proper location? i have a crx dx with a dohc zc swap and my distributor's position is not at stock and putting out about the same readings as yours......sucks.

i seafomed my car,,,,so i putt some seafoam in my tank and some trough the brake boster, because it indicated to much unburnt gas in the exhaust and some other crap, changed my spark plugs with ngk one and pased smog
