Default De-identifying a gsr

I picked up a 96 gsr shell and turned it into a daily driver that I'm remarkably happy with. I'd rather it look as undesirable as possible to thieves, but I don't know how to disguise it as a less desirable model.

The only things I can think of are as follows:

1) removing the DOHC Vtec emblem (although I don't know how to do this without effing up the paint)
2) taking off the stock wing?
3) using LS wheels

Any suggestions? Any insight on what exterior/interior features were specific to the 96 gsr?

You're definitely right about the steelies and wheelcovers, but I don't think any integras came with pinstripes from the factory. If I put some on it, it would look as though I were trying to customize the car (badly).

doing all that still wont help. thats just newb stuff. you can tell by the vin by just a glance that its a gsr. unless you get another dash vin but then youll have cops wonder. i went to emissions in my 97 hatch and they thought it was stolen cause i swapped my si dash in for the 99-00 climate conversion. they didnt wanna let me go. but i explained what i did and what not. lol.

I can always put some tape over the vin plate and remove it as needed. In fact, I'm going to do that right now.

theives take rusted and nasty tegs just for misc parts. if they come along yours, they might just take it for a cluster or what not and then they will say, "JACKPOT, A GSR". so dont rice your car out and just leave it a gsr with an alarm and kill switches.

I'm not going to make it look totally retarded. I just don't want it to be bait. Alarm and kill switches are definitely part of the plan.

Another dead give away is the gsr cluter. Has more rpms then the LS.

Like some1 else posted a good pager alarm, and a cutoff switch on top of that. I also used to autolocs and a quickrelease steering wheel
