I have to remove the MC to get the alternator out and its easy money.
Remove MC, install JRSC, reinstall MC.

I like pictures. Haha! How about changing to a hydraboost system? Or custom mounts to locate the engine about an inch forward? It's an interesting thought, I don't think it would alter too much, really.

When I had this problem with my M62 D series Endyn kit, I lowered the engine and ground off one of the ribs on the top of the blower snout just under the MC. To lower the engine, I put washers between the rubber mount and the mount bolted to the block on the driver's side, between the mount on the top of the tranny and the tranny on the back mount, and between the mount and the top of the tranny on the passenger side. I used about 3/8" of washers and longer bolts where needed. This gave me about 1/4" clearance between the bottom of the blower and the MC, and with the hard mounts I was using, there was no contact.
I know your mount configuration is slightly different than a D series, but this might get you started. Hasport actually worked with Jackson to release a special kit for the JRSC into the EF with a B16.
