no his ride isnt reffed, i asked and he said no.
dont wanna sound rude but it will be almost impossible to legally get the title because its not reff'ed and wont pass smog.

Panasports, GC + Illuminas, rebuilt SOHC ZC with paperwork, just passed smog the other day.
I also have a bone stock 93 DA if you are interested. Basically, my house was broken into, a lot of stuff and cash was stolen, so I need to sell one of my cars.
