what is the best FR pressure for skunk2 fuel rail?

what is the best fuel regulator pressure for skunk2 fuel rail on b16a...? before this on OEM fuel rail it was set at 38psi... while on dyno the tuner said 38psi insufficient for skunk2 rail, then he up to 45psi... is it ok...? need your feedback guys because i need to go dyno again...

45 is okay. Just tune it for any fuel pressure you set it at. As for FPR, Any quality unit will work. AEM was my choice and they recommended 47-55 psi for my motor. I tuned it for 50 psi.
