nevermind zit's comment. he seems to think that since he has a turbo z6 he can **** on the zc...

anyways, price for a ZC motor is about $400 - $500. if you search you might find more info to back this up.

what kind of aftermarket parts can you get for it...
intake, header, cams, cam gears, pistons, turbo, nitrous, etc. can all be had for the ZC. you just need to find the right year/make/model for the ZC equivalent part.

what were your fastest times???
a disappointing 15.5 with a crappy 60' time and a non working tach. i should head back to the track sometime before november. hoping for a low 15 sec run with just exhaust and a lightened-by-2lbs stock flywheel.

also, you can search in the drag racing forum for more ZC times. 1/4 mile times should all be posted in there...

I ran 15.2s at 91mph in my ZC in a 91 Si Civic Hatchback. With a CRX you should be able to hit high 14s or low 15s.

BTW Zit,,, Z6 = the motor I have in my work car.... and its slow.

I musterd only a 16.5 ZC with I/E/H full interior, A/C, Power steering, crappy 13's. Im sure high 15's was possible, it was my first time out racing.

Waiting to see what it runs with the turbo, Im hoping to run in the 14's
