Default Suspension help!!!!! Please!!!!!

so i got these skunk 2 struts with megan racing coilovers from this dude of cl he said they fit civics from 88-00 so i bought them ok now the bad part the bottom of the front struts that go into that horseshoe piece idk what its called well the new strut is to big for that hole, can i use a eg or teg or ek one???????? PLEASE HELP ME these cost me over 200 i need to make them work

so my bad the wish bone is what i am talking about, the hole is too small for strut to fit in can i use a different one???

I bet the struts are for an 92-95 and they will not fit onto EF forks. I sold my buddy a set of KYBs for his EG I had on my EF hatch and he couldnt use them because the EG forks where the strut goes down in was way to small. Unfortunatly you got taken on the stuts unless you buy EG forks for them. The springs will fit tho lol.

If you look on Skunk2's Website you will see that none of the Civics have the same part numbers. Look on your struts for a Part Number and match to see which struts you do have.

i was on there last night, when you say forks what do you mean?? car suspension is something kinda new to me or people use different names for different parts, pictures?

ok thats what i was thinkin just making sure, it also goes by wishbone right? so there is a dc teg at the yard right down by my house if i grab those i wont have any problems?

ok got it all put on, picked up some eg forks for 20bucks, im a happy camper now, ride way smooth skank 2 all the way yeee

Yeah I think the strut you go are for like an 96-00 civic... Sorry man. But if you like go on JHPusa ebay page. They sell Skunk2 struts and spring for like $480.00 I think but I got them down to $380.00..... So if your struts don't work out for you this do that. But anyways good luck.
