Si seats are not in perfect condition (obviously for being 10+ years old), there are a few places the seams have been re sewed but it doesn't look that bad.

HF Seats are in good condition as well, not perfect though. I need to sell either one pair or the other, whichever I sell first, I will keep the other pair. The HF ones are still in my car thinking that the Si ones will be more likely to sell.

You can come by and look at them and decide or I can try and get pics, but my digi cam's batteries are dead and I don't have enough money to get an AC adapter for it, hehe...

It's a 94, VTEC solenoid included, as well as valve cover. Not sure how many miles are on it though, sorry.
