I need some tips to help me gaurantee that i pass at a smog test only station tomorrow. I have a d16a6 with: web cam, prospeed ecu, mild port n polish, 2 1/4 exhaust piping. Ive already ran some "Guaranteed to Pass" fuel additive. Should i retard my timing a little? need any tips, thanks..

 

I'll pray for you...Seriously, I asked the same questions last month because I had to face the state referree and I pretty much followed every advice given to me but still failed until I replaced my CAT. But its good to be prepared...Run engine hard for about 10 min. to clean system, use high octane (not too high) 91 is ok, new plugs, someone said new oil too but i dont know about that...thats about it. yeah make sure timing is within spec, that's one thing that will fail you for sure.
