What I have here is a brand new, never been used set of Tuner Toy rods for the D16. These have been on back order for many many months now and who knows when they will be available again. The rod caps have never been taken apart and the ARP bolts has never been loosened. The brownish color is not from rust, it is from the oil from the bags they come in to prevent rusting.
