How much higher will my car sit with 18's?
When I get 18's for my car how high will it be? 2 inches? Because I need to make my car higher becasue the kit on it is too low to the ground.
18's with a eibach pro kit sits perfect.I now have 19's and it looks like a 4wd without the body kit installed.a 215-35-18 will sit stock where my 215-35-19 makes the car sit higher.

If you chose your wheel/tire size properly there should be absolutely no change in where your car sits.
The point of matching them ensures you have the same overall rolling diameter. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

The thing is I want my car to sit higher. My car is so low with this kit I have on so I wanna stay away from scraping the concrete. Any suggestions?
what kit is it? It can't sit any lower than my Buddy Club or the Black Widow kits. I'm rolling on stock 16s until friday (17s in the mail
im happy) and ground clearance is NO problem--we have the worst streets too. With 18s you should be fine, seriously.

If you want your car to sit higher, then raise it the right way with springs (coilovers). Getting tires that are WAY out of spec will cause your speedo to be way off.

But...according to the calcualtor even if you got 215/45/18 tires your overall tire diameter would only increase 1.5 inches, so that's only 3/4 of an inch up off the ground...and you speed is off 6.4%...
Do it right with springs like buddy says, you gotta pay to play
