i have some ebay 4-1 headers or knock off megan racing headers and they hang a lot lower than my car so i cant have my car too low or they'll get dented up like crazy.


so im going to trade someone headers and i wanted 4-2-1 because they would have more clearance but they said they also have 96 spec ITR headers they would trade me as well..and they said they tuck up more than aftermarket 4-1 headers

so do itr 4-1 headers really tuck up under the oil pan a lot more than after market 4-1 headers? cuz i dont want to trade headers to be in the same situation

 

ITR 4-1 header hangs pretty low. It hangs lower than my traction bar. ITR 4-2-1 header is the king of ground clearance.

 

its going to be hard to find a header that wont scrape or not have ground clearance issues. I had a DC and it was so so. scratches and dents dont make a huge difference in performance so i wouldnt worry about it too much.

 

got the itr 4-2-1

tucked up so perfectly. just rolling open headers until tomorrow morning because my donut gasket from my megan headers doesnt fit it right...gotta go to the exhaust shop
