14.61@96.2 is my current best, w/ a 2.2s 60'.
For a DX you'll have to convert to MPFI. There's a lot of info on how to do it around, I won't go into it since I'd be cutting and pasting

don't do a b16 for drag racing, do it for autocross or track racing.

Anyway the only time I've had my car at the strip I ran a best time of 14.8@94

My best time is 14.4 at 94 with cai, vtec controller, and mugen spec ecu. As for wiring i say go check out the hybrid site, lots of info there, first you are gonna have to change dpfi to mpfi, then add the wires for vtec.
