Default OBd1 LS PCV box question

swapping a OBD2 LS block into my OBD1 car. I'm still using the OBD1 I/M, Alternator, Dizzy, ETC. The OBD1 motor had the PCV box connected to the block. But my OBD2 LS motor doesn't not have the hole for the PCV box to connect to the block. Its just sealed off. So Can i just get rid of the PCV? or does it go somewhere else on the OBD2 motor.

You will need to hook up your own breather box/catch can.

This very extensive LS/VTEC thread recommends that if you use an OBD2 block to use a breather box kit from Z10 or Endyn or another reputable company.

Scroll down about halfway till you see the pic of the OEM breather box, and read the paragraph above it.

Well I thought maybe the OBD2 block just had a threaded plug that you could remove and use the OBD1 breather box, but apparently not from reading that LS/VTEC thread above. Have you looked to see if there's a plug on your block in that location?
