Does it crank over at all? You might want to explain more than just "it cut off".

it cranks like it wants to start gets fuel its like the spark cuts on and off ill be driving it will cut out but just enough to notice it but not enough to loose speed or power its just a sudden cut then continues then ill stop and poop shuts off dosnt wind down or hesitate while driving no symtomps of anything except the cut while driving

I had this problem in my eg hatch witha obd2 b16 in it but still sounds similar. It turned out I had a bad ground on the motor where its grounded to the valve cover and it was causing it to lose spark and a while after I fixed it I ran into distributor problems coil pack fried from loseing and gaining voltage constantly. And if that isn't it check the resistor box for the injectors

If you take the but of a screw driver and very lightly tap on the distributor cap while the engine is running and the engine dies or bogs than you know the distributor is going bad. The B16 in my hatch kind of had the same problem and that's how I finally found out it was the distributor. I replaced the disributor and it worked fine after that.
I'm sure everybody already knows this but I've heard that Honda distributors are kind of flaky.

are you getting spark?
check or chage your ignitor in the dizzy.

those dizzys are hard to find because they have that external cam sensor.
