hey guys i need a little help here i am looking to build my car but i dont know what to start with. some of my friends say start with the motor and some other people say start by getting it painted sence i have 3 different colors on there right now.what should i do i not sure can i get some help thanks

well i guess first off what car do you have? and how much cash are you working with? are you mechanically inclined? can or could you build your own motor? how fast do you want to go? those are a few of the questions that i would start by asking myself.
cost is always an issue..

 

i would go with speed first because good looking cars attract thieves more.....just dont tel anyone what you got under the hood.

as of right now i have a ls non vtec with full greedy exhaust sp2 air intake also slammed out with coil overs

 

i have 94 acura integra 4 door

 

cash flow? and how fast you want to go?

 

i got about 2 grand right now and i want to go fast lol

But to answer your question, I'd get the body work done first. and then use your extra change to build your car.

Get the parts that are the different color and get them painted the stock color first and then go from there

 

i dont think i want to go back to the stock color tho i want to go white or a different color not sure yet on that i want to boost it and i want to vtec it
