my friends 97 ex engine is trying to run on 2 injectors. the 2 closest to the timing belt work the other two injectors wont open up. it sounds dumb to me but my friend asked me if we could wire those 2 working cyls to the other injectors? cause 2 pistons are tdc and other 2 are bottom of the block doesn't this mean 2 pistons get fuel at the same time?

No, they don't get fuel at the same time. Tell your friend to stop being lazy and cheap, and to go to a local junkyard and buy 2 injectors from a '96-'00 Civic or Integra (but not from a Civic with a D16Y7).

 

we already changed the injectors its not them.

i tested it for power while it was idling on 2 cyls. and one injector was getting 2-3 V and the other clip wasn't getting any power. what i dont get if is that one injector was getting power why aint it opening up?
