short answer: YES! as long asyour car is USDM and the donor car is not an HF

informative answer: door from same seat belt configuration are interchangeable.

all 88s and 89 HF had pillar mounted seat belt, so these doors and seat interchange

89 non hf to all 91 models had door mounted seat belts so these seats and doors interchange

of course this only relates to USDM CRXs as it seem that CRXs in other parts of the world all had pillar mounted seat belts
