Hey guys.. my g/f and I are so f*ckin pissed. Took it in for the ignition recall and look what we had to deal with....
1) They dented the car
2) Left all kinds of grease monkey stains
3) Wires were all hanging down
4) Alarm doesn't work
I freaking reamed his *** out... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE UR CAR THERE!!!!! The pictures speaks for themselves..

ouch man, are they paying for the damage or no?...they had better be getting that dent out plus getting you a new back seat...that makes me so pissed that people have no respect for our cars

Well that definitely sucks, but MOST honda dealerships are more reputable, although they are more expensive, you usually get the quality that comes with paying the extra buck. Sorry that you had a bad experience.

yeah there are 2 gillman honda's and 2 gillman subarus...thats where ill prob buy mine even tho they fucked this dudes car up...im goin to the one on Rankin tho

Man, I live in Austin and Howdy Honda here just kicks some major *** when it coems to service.
There are some Gilman dealerships in Austin as well. I will NEVER go back to one again. I went into a Mitsu dealer to look at one car and they wouldn't let me leave. Literally blocking the door so I could not walk out. If I didn't have my son it would have been ugly. I was trying to get my old accord that my ex wife traded in there. I will never buy a Mitsubishi

I think they will move once they see you get down on a 3 point stance.
