WTB: 954 954rr Parts - Upper Fairing + Gas Tanks etc

I am in need of few extra parts to finally get Project: 954rr Rebuild almost finished.
2003 CBR954rr

If anyone can help me out, I need:

Black Upper Fairing
Windscreen w/ bolts
maybe clip-ons and controls
Black w Red wing Gas Tank - my gas tank works, but has dent on left side
