how much you think you spent on your car?
well i dont know where this thread should be at but since i have a dc i might as well post it here and let the mod move it where it belongs.
so how much do you think you have spent on your car since the day you got it? ive had mine for like a year and i spent almost 5'gs just to make it look nice with wheels, interior, etc. but i never did anything to my engine on try to make it fast.haha i know i should have spent that cash making my car faster but instead i spent it on making it look nice. and i still need to do my front end conversion so that's like 2 more g's.haha.

i dont own an integra any more, but i'v spent prolly 2k on my ef, and its still stock, lmao...too long a story for here though.
bought my car for 1400 and in a week droped about 600 for it lol and ive had it for a month so far. CArs and girls are the two most expensive hobbies

i bought my integra for 8,1oo$ then spent about 5,ooo$ on stupid ricer crap at first lol then i did my turbo set-up........i hate the fact i bought parts worth like 5oo$ and never even used them......i bought the car in 03 and took if off the road in 04 then didnt finish my build til 07 because i just got lazy with it and also i didnt know exactly what to do when i first started.......

I don't see anybody listing maintenance/replacement parts. I've spent alot my Integra over the years, but most of that has been replacing OEM parts that have worn out, or regular maintenance items. My car has 276K miles on it and I have currently replaced:
- axles (multiple times) and axle seals
- alternator (twice)
- radiator
- thermostat
- all coolant hoses
- clutch (twice)
- oil pan gasket
- IM gasket
- oil cooler O-ring
- heater core (damage I caused)
- both front lower torque mounts (installed new OEM mounts)
- rear engine mount (installed new OEM mount)
- ignition switch harness (fried on me)
- plugs/wires/cap/rotor/fuel filter
- air filter (been using the same K&N since 2001, 10 yr. warranty is nearly done)
- upper control arms (put on POS eBay replacements, will be getting OEM ones soon)
- lower ball joints
- front wheel bearings
- steering rack
- outer tie rods/ball joints
- timing belt/water pump/tensioner/cam seals (3 times)
- brake MC
- clutch MC and slave
- brake MC piston rod seal (brake MC brace trashed the old one, made the booster leak vacuum)
- starter has been rebuilt
- battery (twice)
That's about all I can think of. I need all new suspension bushings badly, just haven't had the money for new OEM rubber, and I sure as hell will not be using polyurethane.

I have an fa5 as my daily, I have only put 800 into that,just a navi/dvd uni(avic-d3) and 2 12" subs and an amp, I want to dump money into it, but thats what the integra is for.
