will this ebay brand gasket work just as good???

Never tried that one, but I've been using a JIS gasket for about 125 miles and no complaints yet. Sadly, they don't sell an LS gasket, only GSR

id go felpro but a ls gasket and gsr gasket are the same i just bought one for my gsr and it works with a b16a2 b18c1 and b18b just lettin ya know

Stock Honda gasket are good to.. I have 254k on mine and is all good

uhh what? B18C and B18B do NOT use the same head gasket. Check these diagrams, the HG's are not the same, and don't even look similar.
