speedometer and odometer work, dash lights up, when radio unit is plugged in it works but sound cuts in and out if i jiggle the unit or if it's started sometimes. fuses are all good. I'm wondering how do i fix this? (this is a used restore/salvaged '91 lx that was recently purchased.)

i don't know if this has anything to do with it but ECU said that AT solenoid is not working...that's b/c the previous owner cut the wiring to the AT solenoid.

also i noticed that a grey wire from the ignition switch plug was cut in the dash fuse box.

car runs but i want to get the fuel gauge at least working. can someone help me? thanks.
