Hey guys,

Unfortunatly i am in need of a new camshaft. My setup include of a built block. Cps, Crower Ibeams, Dart Sleeves, PnP head, Valve train, Gt30 R. Aprox 20psi.

Can anyone suggest a good camshaft for my application

I was thinking the Zex 105300

Could anyone give me some specs on this. Duration, Lift etc

I wouldn't go zex. I would go with the crower turbo stage 2 cam. It has very high lift and little duration which will go good with that 30r. I don't know the specs of hand, but i think that cam would go great with that set up. What kind of valve train do you have??

 

maybe check out a bisi cam too... He could probably tell you if his cam would work well for your setup

 

Here is his listings for the D16Y8, your probably leaning towards the 1.2
