i was thinkin about buying some cheap knock-off fogs for my 99 civic coupe ex. Now if i get the skinny rectangular ones, will they fit in my bumper (in the middle section, not under the head-lights) without having to cut the black rubber grill thingy? (no ****** idea what its called )

 

if u cant answer my first question, can u tell me where i can find these fog lights with the whole black housing to fit in the bumper?
