Do you mean what materials used, or how they are hooked up?

I saw B&R kit. I realy dont want to weld to radiator so I want to see what are other options. I'm buying their feed fitting that goes from the block. Just looking to see what are people using for drain.

I run B&R's kit, Tee'd off the line to the T-body area and returned to a bung on the radiator. I will be buying his block adaptor to pull coolant from the block and I will be ditching the Tee this year.

Yea I hear you on that, but it is sooo much cleaner that way and the return line is very short. I can pull my radiator out in 5 min how hard can it be? The weld itself should be rather cheap, especially if you drill the hole and prep it yourself.

What brand radiator do you have? You can also just screw in a fitting to the drain of the radiator if you don't want to weld a fitting onto the radiator. Like this:

^ i didnt think of that and i have a pwr but i drilled the hole and prepped it all myself and took it to a local welder and he charged me 20 to weld it.im glad i did it this way line is short out of the way and clean looking.ill take some pics of mine tomorrow all done.
i would def get the br fittings block plug because theres is easier to get something on to tighten it.i used the afi one and they make the wrench flats as big as the threads and i had a hell of a time tighten it with the manifold on and i had to use a wrench because of the block webbing wont allow a socket to get in there.

The mishimoto should be 12mm x 1.5

I'm not sure about the koyo. The Fluidyne is 1/4npt. Hope this helps some people.

I have 2 M10x1.0 to AN -6's on my Inline 255hp, pretty sure I got them from ANplumbing.com

IIRC they are under the specialty fittings, I think they were designed for a Carburetor.
