it will cause problems if you dont take the proper precautions from here on out. the filler will have a tendancy to kind of want to hold water so you will need to make sure all the areas are clean, and if there is metal there too then you need to get the car preped and get a good primer on it.

bondo tends to hold moisture like crazy.

it shouldnt since its just dry sanded bondo. but i wouldnt be worried about that. if you have a bare spot of bondo it will hold water and could rust.

wet bondo is no worry, im assuming this because you said its bondo powder meaning its all originally just dust. blow/wipe that away when u get the chance.... wet bare metal is your worry... that will rust... clean that up with some metal conditioner asap

getting the dust wet on the car wont cause you any problems. just make you seal over your repairs before they get wet, or else the bondo will suck up the water and that will lead to big problems.

blah damnit. my bondo already got soaked in rain, would i have anything to worry about? should i wait a few days for it to dry and then paint? i only have touch up paint right now... would that work or should i just buy a can of primer from kragen or vatozone and spray it?

also my bare metal has been cleared so i don't know if that would still be bad. forgot to mention that

take off the bondo and restart it sucks but its the best advice i can give you man. After a while it will create ugly waterbubbles in your paint, and will be very noticable.

for the baremetal before you apply primer sand the clear off and spray.

you can let the bondo dry out for a while in a really hot garage or in the sun
