Default B18c block

So my buddy has a B18c block with a b16 head. He bored the block to idk how much. 0 miles since "rebuild" with skunk 2 manifold and WITHOUT tranny. Hes trying to sell it for 3g's. Is he crazy or wat?? I mean i think hes loosing his mind, am i right or wat?

b18c what? itr? jdm gsr? depends what all he has in it...what kind of pistons, rods, crank, sleeved or not, built for boost or n/a. if he used high quality parts then yes, should be around 3grand. if all stock then this setup is called a poormans type r which would run around 2grand, plus he got it bored, got bigger pistons, probably forged rods. so total cost would be around 3grand.
