it will clear your a/c and power steering but the ground clearance kinda sucks, depending on which replica shop you buy it from, my old replica hytec kinda slant downward beginning from the 2.5" flange and it drag my exhaust down which sucks.

Yeah....if ground clearance is of much concern, it's not going to be the header for you.
