Wheels are in decent condition, but dirty. Was using stock pads pads so the dust should come off pretty easily. One or two wheels have small blemishes on the spokes. Do come with tires, but they need to be replaced.

Make an offer. Not looking for bank, just trying to get rid of them without researching their current value.
