Icon3 Valve Adjustment Gone Wrong

i was adjusting the valves on my 99 4 cylinder and using a screw driver to find tdc, the screwdriver jammed and broke the tip off in the cylinder, any advice on how to remove the item in the cylinder without removing the head?

You may want to remove the head just to make sure you didn't damage the face of the piston. Or have someone with an inspection camera check it out for you.

But if you don't care what else may have been scratched or damaged. A mechanics telescopic magnet would work (Magnetic Pick-Up Tool). You can get them fairly cheap at your local parts store.
