Default JDM conversion headlight issues. I BLIND EVERYONE. HELP

Ok, so I have a JDM conversion on my Integra (non HID housings). I have the phillips HID kit as well.
I have adjusted the headlights from the up and down position. But how do I adjust left to right?

Can you even adjust left to right? Because in their current state, they are aimed at oncoming traffic (obviously, because japanese drive on the wrong side of the road)

So what can I do to remedy this problem ?

There are holes on the top of the headlight.. near the outside of each headlight (if you look at all the holes (on your radiator bracket I believe), you'll find one that leads to a **** on the headlight..those are the ones that move it left/right. I always forget which way CW/CCW moves the light... when you find out, let me know!!

What is the correct way to adjust it? I've heard that you need to be ~5 feet away from a wall on a flat surface, and draw a line across the wall?
