I have a 1997 2.3 CL and know nothing about these cars...

So first question is an Accord with a V6 the same as my CL? The only difference is the engine

Second is that what is the difference between the two when it comes to suspension, ie: Springs and Struts?

When it comes to lowering my 2.2 CL, I know there are applications for my car but could I use lowering springs from the following:

99 Honda Accord V6
or
99 Honda Preulude (how about a lude could the suspension components be the same as my CL)

Please dont flame me such odd questions but this car is new and have curious questions

i think 5th gen accord suspension pieces will work though

 

5th gen for sure

that's 94-97 Accord suspension

 

Okay same questions apply but how about a 98 CL model are they different?
