Of course it can be clocked. I don't know of a turbo that can't be clocked...

I dont get it. You title says BRAND NEW but your saying it isnt new. Why did you take it all back up and everything? I'm interested but I need to know about shaft play, free spin, fin damage and so forth....

Beyondstock....the borg warner that the thread is for is new (according to the seller) the turbo i offered to trade him is not....read carefully. lol
