Default help me with my type-s

I was driving NORMALLY around town..no stomping on it, racing, or anything...anyways all of a sudden my first and second gear don't seem to be engageing....i havent had any problems with this tranny untill now...anyone have any clues????????

flush it and fill it, look for metal.

Does the shifter go into gear all the way? Or if your just parked with the car off can you get it in the gears?

It's acting g like 1st and 2nd aren't even there anymore. U can't even push it to the side to get to 1st or second

figured out the problem......It was the washer and cotter pin that holds down the shifter cable eye on the tranny side..it came off...now it works just fine...luckily the washer was still on the tranny in a spot where it couldnt fall down to the road
