Default new clutch, no spedometer??

ok i just replace my clutch and reinstalled everything and now i have no spedo, i have a 90 si w/ the stock L3 tranny in it. all that was there was the spedo cable no sort of clip or anything it just slid into the hole.. is there something missing please help im confused?>

x2... there should also be a small clip that holds the cable from coming out, try and find it or go get one.

You can also check to see if, the speedometer cable is connected to your cluster. It might have come loose. If that is not the case you might need a new speedo cable. Also cehck the ends of your speedo cable.

its also possible but unlikely that the whole long shaft of the speedo cable came out of the outer cable. or that the inner shaft came out of the cluster

number 13.. it kind of looks like an OMEGA symbol.. and yea you really need it because without it there isnt enough tension on the cable.. there was a thread not too long ago with great pictures.. but search is being awesome again so i cant find it.. good luck
