Default dohc zc header ??s

my crx si has a dohc zc swapped in.
and at the moment, i have a jdm dohc zc upper header connected to a 95 civic ex lower header. this setup is 4-2-1 style.

the problems with this setup is that it scrapes when i hit those little hills in the middle of the road and when i hit bumps. my suspension isnt even that low since my wheels arent even tucking.

now i have a dc sports d-series header available. and people say it bolts right in. but the ports for dohc zc is 3mm slightly off than a regular single cam.

my question is how much bigger ports are the dc sport headers compared to stock header?

if its 3mm off should i still bore out the dc header?

The ports are the same size, just higher up. Just grind out that little bit and you'll be fine. Even if you don't grind, it'll still work
