dohc zc header ??s
my crx si has a dohc zc swapped in.
and at the moment, i have a jdm dohc zc upper header connected to a 95 civic ex lower header. this setup is 4-2-1 style.
the problems with this setup is that it scrapes when i hit those little hills in the middle of the road and when i hit bumps. my suspension isnt even that low since my wheels arent even tucking.
now i have a dc sports d-series header available. and people say it bolts right in. but the ports for dohc zc is 3mm slightly off than a regular single cam.
my question is how much bigger ports are the dc sport headers compared to stock header?
if its 3mm off should i still bore out the dc header?

so i do need it port matched?
will 3mm matter anyways?
im only using my car as a daily. only thing it has is a whole dc sport cat back exhaust. its n/a. on stock internals.
