Well honestly I was never a fan of the ef generation. Wasn't always that big into hondas, and lastly, was never a fan of hatches. I need a daily driver at the time being, and I've been set one something 5 speed and with a sunroof. I'm a fan of coupes, but there are no decent EX's around that are worth their asking price. I stumbled across a 91 si not to far from me for around $1300 obo. Everything works, looks straight, I can see a little rust starting on the passenger quarter. Trans grinds 3rd a little bit, clutch doesn't slip. Clean title and good inspection. He's not sure on the exact mileage on the car though. Possibly worth it? I mean I could show up with like $1000-1100 cash and try and get it for that. I know the A6 will be a little more stout then a d15 and at least it's not dpfi. Worse comes to worse I'd hope I could at least get my money back.

 

1100 is a good offer. but if it was me, i wouldnt pay more that 1000.

Yeah my bad on that. I'm still new to the forum and have to get the layout down. I'm always sitting in the eg tech section. I'm probably going to bring a grand with me and see how it goes. I'm going to check it out tomorrow. Mods feel free to move this to the proper section.
