change the head or get a different motor i would get a different motor but you could swap the head i guess

Do a search for G23 build threads or check the FAQ's for head swaps. IIRC the G23 is an F23 block with ether an H22 VTEC DOHC or an H23 (F22B) Non VTEC DOHC head on them.
