Replace glass from JDM EK mirrors with USDM ones?

Default Replace glass from JDM EK mirrors with USDM ones?
Can you swap the glass from JDM EK mirrors with USDM glass and if so from what model would they be swappable

I always hear about Integra glass being used, but when you remove the glass the aim of the mirrors can become misaligned.

If you're trying to fix the visibility part you can't unless you switch bases. The base on the driver side is angled more on the JDM mirrors.
