I bought a 2006 civic with Navi two years ago. When I bought it the salesperson said if a new DVD became available during my warranty period 3 years/36000 miles just come by and they would "take care of it"... well a new DVD came out that fall (2006)... when I called they said they would go ahead and order it for me for $180... that is what "take care of it meant".

Needless to say doesn't seem right and I am looking to get a copy of the latest DVD that will work with my Navi in my 2006 Civic.

Any ideas/options folks. Thanks in advance. - Ron

 

you can try bittorrent, I found Zenrin 7.3 (G35/Altima, 8.5 GB) but I couldn't get it to work.

 

My dealer told me that I would have to call a 1-800 number and they would mail me one and I'd have to mail mine back or I'd get charged $40. That turned out to be complete BS.

unless you get it in writing, its BS. Hunt down that salesperson
