Default best flywheel for my b16a2

i have a 2000 si and i was wondering the best weight flywheel for my car. i am leaning towards a 7.5 fidanza on ebay but i want to make sure its not gunna be to light

Too light for what??? I have a fidanza on my b18c works better than on my b16. On the b16 it reved way too fast and fell way to fast horrible up hill. For a b16 i would use a 8.9 or 9. something like that, i know act and exedy have nice ones. Unless you want to be switching gears very fast not not fall out of vtec.

what would be better fidanza 7.5 or xtd 8.5 anyone have any experience with the xtd flywheel?

I would start with aluminum vs steel.

Aluminum is light but doesn't offer the strength that the chromoly steel does
