i have a 94 ej1 civic coupe i replaced the battery today and when i went to start the car it wont do anything, wont crank, or nothing. the fuel pump comes on and i checked the ecu fuse and the ignition fuse . any suggestions would help right now might be the clutch switch but i dont know anything about it
the only way the car will start is if i put the key in the on position and jump the ground and power on the starter with a screwdriver.

did the car run before you put the new battery in? and do any of the gauge lights or interior lights come on?
