Using an Auto ECU

For my DOHC ZC, I'm using a PG7 ECU. It's an auto ECU with a manual transmission, so I'm getting code 19 as expected, but are there any other risks running an auto ECU? Would the fuel/ignition be altered because the car thinks it's in neutral?

how high does it idle. cause i know on autos, in park idle is usually slightly higher than in neutral on a standard... besides that, i dont see the problem cause there is no neutral start switch. as far as reverse lights, i dont know that they work right, but im not sure about that.
automatic ecu should idle at 800-900 rpms on a regular running temp. and the reverse should work the same.
and no there shouldnt be other risks, i had my dohc zc running with a ps9 ecu [90-91 4dr civic ex auto] for a while till i got a pm7. i actually saved a little more gas than the ecu that was meant for the motor.
code 19 was the only code i had after i dropped in my dohc zc.

Idle is pretty normal, especially after I set the ignition timing to 15 adv like it should be. No smoking issues or anything, but I wanted to be sure before I started driving around
. And, no, the backup lights don't work
