First off, I'm not paying someone for an ECU that I don't know is functional unless they have vouches.

Second, I don't have to justify my prices with "the going rate" because you don't think it's enough. Keep your negative comments to yourself.

There are people that don't feel like dealing with flakers, so this way they can cash out quick and easy.
