ok.. i bought a 95 civic ex.. wit alot of miles and smokes pretty bad.. wana just tear it down and rebuild..

im lookin for the best parts to use.. wanna run like 11:1 compression or so give maybe a lil more.. wat all do u guys recommend..

plannin on getting a header cuz already has a hiflow cat.. and catback.
thinkn bout cam.. and intake manifold.. and rods , pistons.. etc ...
