i just ordered a pair of upper strut bearings for my progress coil overs im a noob so do i need to grease them and what brand of grease is best???????????????

In my opinion, u should of went with the plastic ones there alot better to handel..

 

If anything, white lithium grease. It comes in a spray can u can get at the hardware store.

 

i got the 2001 plastic upper bearings so are they already pre-greased ??????

 

You shouldn't need to grease plastic.

 

realy! i thought the case was just plastic not the ball bearings how long will these last??????

Thats really weird, because i have them in my car and i dont have grease in them at all.

 

ore yours oem honda parts. yea they have a greenish blue grease in them.here is a pic

 

O.k man, listen i just put them in about a month ago, and i asure u that they dont have grease thats why i took the other ones out cuz i had to grease them, i know wat im talkin about i took my suspenion off several times.

Well yours might be diffrent because mine dont have grease in them.. and that doesnt even look like grease just looks like a greenish blueish rubber!

well it is a constantly moveing part that is under pressure so i would assume that it would have some kind of lubrication .
